The Last Double Bred Redneck This guy was born on May 5, 2008. He weighed 55# at 85 days of age. He's a full
brother to the brown and white billy we sold to Mike & Roxanne Fey from South Dakota in the 2008 4S Goat Expo sale. Both his brother & sister in 2009 were red. Winston
Corfield bought the billy and Chane & Michelle Bidwell bought his sister. We had him consigned to the Nebraska Range Buck Test Sale in October 2009 but he broke with sore mouth the day before the sale so we
had to bring him home. He's got a lot of meat on him. Good length, good depth, good width and real heavy bone. Only place we'd fault him is in his butt. It could stand to be a tad wider.
He weighed 128.2# on October 17, 2009 and had a 2.08 Rib Eye Area. His sire is Fudge who was red and his mother is Uphoff's Edna who is a red and
white paint, so he'll probably kick you out some pretty wild colored kids if your nannies have a little color in them. Edna is registered as a 3/4
although she is probably about 15/16, so he sells as a commercial. She's out of an own daughter of Hank. We leased this billy out early last fall to a
4H family up in Northwest Nebraska, so he knows how to breed nannies. He's sure not a pet, but he'll follow you anyplace you want to take him if
you're carrying a feed bucket. We priced him at $450. If you don't like him, we'll find you something around here that you will. Come and take a look if it ever gets to be spring.

4 Big Ole Good Ole Really Pregnant Ole Gals - SOLD! 4 Exceptionally nice commercial nannies that would make an ideal starter
package for someone just getting starting in the meat goat business. We bought them in a dispersal from a lady we helped get started in the goat business. She moved to town and the narrow minded town board won't let her take her goats along. They are: Oreo, 5
years old; Amy & Annie, 5 years old; and Bambi, 2 yrs old. They all kidded twins early last spring. They were ultra sounded heavy bred to a commercial traditional Boer billy
by Kristi Traffas on Wednesday, February 17. They are just spoiled to death and follow you around and want to put their noses in your hip pocket every time you're in the pen
with them. They'd follow you to the end of the world and back if you were carrying a feed bucket. They are a little overweight (chubby) but they have raised
some nice babies in the past and I think all of them were shown in 4H as youngsters. This lady bought her first goats from Uphoffs. They were
registered 3/4 & 7/8 and then she used our Sonora Rojo and Uphoff's Farmall to breed with. Both of them were red fullbloods. Sad part is she
didn't keep up with any paperwork, so these gals are probably about purebreds although there is no paperwork that goes with them. You can buy one or more for $350 each or take all 4 for only $1200. Their 4
daughters from last year are also here on the For Sale page and we'd make you an even better deal on all 8 head. SOLD, Thanks to Lee, Kristina,
Justin, Megan & Allison Vrooman, Juniata, NE.

3 Bred Nannies & A "Maybe"
4 nice young commercial nannies born early spring 09. Ultra Sounded short bred to a commercial traditional Boer buck by Kristi Traffas on February 17. Kristi's machine said
the two traditionals and the paint were bred and she called the little red nanny a "Maybe". We bought these out of a dispersal that a lady that we helped get started in the goat
business had. She started out with registered 3/4 & 7/8 Boer nannies and then used Sonora Rojo and Uphoff's Farmall to breed her nannies so these little gals are just about purebreds although there is no
paperwork to go along with them. They are on the fancy order, nice big butts, and lotsa length & width. We priced them at $200 each or you can own all four of them for
$600. The hard part is all done so here's your opportunity to own some really nice (kinda spoiled) young nannies worth the money.

Fancy Polky Dot Family
Wear your darkest sunglasses when you come to look at this outfit. Jo Jo is a commercial Polky Dot nanny that is probably a Boer/Spanish/Nubian
cross. Last year she raised her first kid, our heaviest weaning billy who weighed 74.2# at 105 days of age. He was by Fudge, was red and was born on April 6. She bred back in August and had these two on January 2
without ever being turned in with a billy goat (Immaculate conception?) so these two fancy Paint Polky Dot Nanny babies are not eligible for
registration in either of the breed associations. You can, however, register them in the new Colored Meat Goat Registry if you want to preserve their
pedigree. We think they are sired by our new red herd sire Dunroaming Cayenne since he was running in the pen next to her in August when she got bred. Jo Jo is gimpy on her right hind leg, but she goes out into the
pasture with the rest of the goats and it doesn't slow her down any. You can see that it hasn't effected her reproductive abilities any. We priced the family at $950. Nuff said?
----- ----- -----
Iron Raynbow Daughter
We call her Iron Jenny. She was born May 19, 2009, sired by Clint & Jeannette Raynes' Iron Raynbow Kiko buck, so she is registerable as a 1/2
Kiko. She's tri colored, and really feminine. You'll like her and you'll love her when you see the babies she'll shell out for you. We priced her at $350, so come arunnin.

Handsome Black Hombre Of all the great kids that Uphoff's Elmer Fudge produced for us in his short lifetime, two billy goats stand head and
shoulders above the rest, Uphoff's Garfield and Uphoff's Goodenberger. This black commercial kid ranks right up there with those two. His only shortcoming is his lack of
a set of registration papers. His mother is a big, pretty black and white paint commercial nanny (below) that we bought out of a dispersal sale a year ago last fall. We sold
her to Dave & Angie Culver at Orleans, Nebraska in a package with some other nannies bred to Fudge in February. We got the opportunity to buy this kid out of the resulting kid crop and we jumped at the
chance. He was born in late May, a twin. He weighed 105# when we bought him on January 16, which gives him a WDA of about .44#. He's got
everything going for him that you ask for in a commercial herdsire, length, width, depth, and a hind leg surpassed only by his paternal half brother Garfield. When he sheds off next spring, he'll be an almost iridescent black with red highlights. He also has a little roan spot on his
right shoulder. Maybe he'll produce some Polky Dots for you. Now, all you've gotta decide is how important those breed association papers are to your breeding
program. How many goats do you sell each year that are good enough to survive the politics of the show crowd? Or are you more interested in kids with some extra color that will mash the scales down at weaning
time? If you want to preserve his pedigree, you can register him in the Colored Meat Goat Registry. You can get details on their website. We priced him at $550 and that's the highest
we've ever priced a commercial billy goat. That's how much we think of him. We'd like to breed a couple of nannies to him next fall if he stays close
enough so that we can. When you see him, we think you'll agree that he's well worth the money.

Big Ole Good Ole Red Gal
This is the biggest nanny on the ranch. She weighs upwards of 200#. She was born February 15, 2004, a twin. Her sire was a grandson of Nzuri by Mzuri and her dam was a commercial Boer
nanny, so she's registered with IBGA as a 50%. She was turned in with Dunroamin Cayenne, our new red herd sire, on November 13, 2009. If you want to add color, size and quality to your
breeding program, here's your golden opportunity. We priced her at $550. Her first baby should be worth that or more if it's
red and it's bound to be. She'll be preg checked by Kristi Traffas in late December or early January, so you'll know what you're getting. So, come on
down and take a look. If you need more nannies, we can put together a package of up to 10 head consisting of fullbloods, percentages and commercials all bred to Cayenne for you.
----- ----- -----
Chance Of A Lifetime You might look awhile before you stumble onto a nanny of this quality. She
was born May 10, 2008, a twin, sired by Uphoff's Elmer Fudge and out of Miss League T57 who is a daughter of Aslan's Onyx. She's got several good things going for her. She's a black and white paint, she's a daughter of Fudge and there'll be no
more of them, but here's the kicker. She is a full sister to UPHOFF'S GARFIELD that we sold to Tancy McDaniel, in Kansas. Garfield was the best son that Fudge ever produced. Need more? She
was turned in with Dunroamin Cayenne our new red herd sire on November 13, 2009. We really, really hate to put a price tag on this one but we
can't keep em all and we've still got her mama, so here's your opportunity to get into production meat goat business right on the ground floor. We
priced her at $1500 and we don't think that is quite enough, but you be the judge. One billy kid will pay for her and leave you enough to pay half your feed bill for the next year. Come and take a look.

W O W!!!! What a neat pair of purebred tri-colored Nubian nannies. Just a year old and ready to turn in with your meat goat sire this fall. One of them has a little crumple on one of her horns but it shouldn't
effect her ability to wean some big ole soggy kids for you next fall. They look to be more the ole timey type of Nubian that was designed to produce both meat and milk. They are gentle and
it wouldn't take a whole lot of effort to make hand milkers out of them if that's the way you want to go. When you breed them to your Boer or Kiko billy, you'll want to hang onto every nanny kid
they produce and put them into your commercial or registered meat goat herd. We priced them at $250 each or you can have the pair in your barn
tonight for $450. We like them so well, if you buy them, you can bring them back and breed them to our new red herd sire, Cayenne for half price.
----- ----- -----
Painted Lady She's only a commercial, but boy is she nice. She's the kind you can build a whole meat goat herd around. Probably born about mid March and weighs in at about 60#. You could probably breed her late
this fall if you'd feed her really good from now till then. Probably sired by a fullblood Boer billy and out of a percentage Boer nanny, so she's probably at least 3/4 Boer although we have no
documentation on her. She just has a white leg and a little gash of white on her left side but has a whole big splotch of white on her right side. You'll want
to invite the neighbors over to take a look at her when you get her home. They'll likely try to swap you out of her. She's only
priced at $350, so you won't have to mortgage your wife and first born to afford her.

Polky Dots Aplenty Wish we had a whole pasture full like this one. He's a twin by Fudge and out of the old Nubian nanny we call Granny. He was born April 6 and has a
twin Polky Dot sister. He weighed 5# and his sister weighed 4#. He stuck out from the whole bunch of kids all spring and it's easy to see why. Then when we weaned and wormed
and vaccinated them on July 21, he was the second heaviest kid, weighing in at 68.2#. Not too shabby for a 1/2 Boer, 1/2 Nubian. Boy, if you've got a bunch of Plain Jane nannies that
you want to help color wise and weaning weight wise, you could do a whole lot worse than buying this guy. He was 105 days old when we weaned him so his Weight Per Day of Age is .65#. His name is Ima Dude and his price tag is $450. Kinda hate to see him go.
As of September 10, Dude is getting a lot more black on his neck and head. He should be a sure enough color producer for you. You'll like the quality of his kids too.
----- ----- -----
Our Best 2009 Commercial Billy Kid Uphoff's Emma had triplets on February 23 by Texas Traveler. She raised
all three without any problems and they all stayed nice and even for size. Emma is 3/4 Boer, 1/4 Nubian, Sired by our old TAMU Ben goat that we
sold to Mike and Chris Stork. She is white. Her dam was Uphoff's Charlotte who was an own daughter of HANK and out of a registered Nubian nanny. Emma has consistently weaned our best commercial billies. I think this is
the first time she has had any nanny kids for us. Her billy kid from this litter weighed 61.9# on May 23. His number is 86 and his price is $400. He's a
little short on color, got a real light red head and light red on both of his front legs but more important, plenty of width, plenty of length, plenty of depth and PLENTY of butt. He'll make
you some nice soggy commercial babies. If you're tired of hauling those 35# weanlings to the sale barn, take a real serious look at this kid. He'll upgrade your bottom line considerably. He's ready
to put in the pasture with your best commercial nannies the day you get him home. We've started calling him Ole Yeller because of his color. He's a people friendly goat. He enjoys being around
folks. He's not pushy and he's not a pet, he just kinda hangs out with you when you're in the billy goat pen. Just an easy going, well mannered young
man. He's been vaccinated twice with Cavalry 9, Super Poly Bac B Somnus, CL and Chlamydia and wormed twice with Cydectin.

Harold - SOLD This is Harold, one of a set of twins born November 8, 2008. Their mother is Pamisaten who is registered as a
1/2 Boer daughter of Pam Perry's Tucker billy and a black 1/2 Nubian, 1/4 Boer, 1/4 Spanish nanny we called Jemima. His sire is our Easter Egg billy. Harold is #84. His Brother
Harry is #83 and was entered in the Nebraska Range Buck Test at Enders, NE. Harry was the high indexing buck in the test and had the biggest Rib Eye Area at 1.89". When
we wormed, weighed, tagged & vaccinated on March 4, 2009, Harold weighed 84.8# and Harry weighed 70.1#. When we boostered their shots on March 20, Harold
weighed 92#. He is eligible for registration in the new Colored Meat Goat Registry and we will register him in his new owner's name as part of the
deal. If you've been disappointed in the weaning weights of your kids, here's an excellent opportunity to add 5 or 6 pounds per head to your
average. If you add 5# to each kid you sell from this billy goat, breed him to 30 nannies, wean a 170% kid crop, and get $1.25 per pound for your kids at weaning, that's an extra $318.75
that each one of these billy goats is worth to you EACH YEAR that you own them. Can you afford to make that much more out of your current herd of nannies or will it cause a tax problem? SOLD, Thanks to John, Dana, Cole & Deloris Treffer, Rockville, NE

Polky Dot Making Machine Black is Beautiful and so is White and so is Red. If you want one to
produce you Polky Dot kids out of most any kind of a billy goat, here's the best opportunity you'll have for a long long time. She's mostly all Nubian, but from the looks of her ears, she might have an Alpine
granddaddy or grandma someplace back in her family tree. She's probably about 4 years old, is polled pretty gentle although she's not a 'stick her head in your hip
pocket' pet. She's bullheaded and a hard keeper, so you'll want to feed her a little grain everyday. She raised the black "few spot Polky Dot" billy kid and a traditional
nanny with Polky Dots in her red head that we sold to Chane & Michelle Bidwell last year. You could drive a lot of miles and not find a better Polky
Dot producing prospect. We priced her at $350 and like all the goats that come from Uphoffs she has been vaccinated with Cavalry 9, Super Poly Bac
B Somnus, CL, Chlamydia and wormed with Cydectin. We even chewed her feet off just a little. They weren't bad, just needed a little TLC. Come a
runnin you'll like her. Her first set of kids from your fullblood Boer or Kiko billy goat will pay for her and leave your wife a little to spend foolishly.
And, she was turned in with Cayenne our new red herd sire on Nov. 13.
